Position Details

Someone with experience in clerical/administrative or executive assistant roles would be a good fit for this position. Experience in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred but not required. The hourly pay is $16-20 based on experience. The job duties include:

    • Maintain discretion and use best practices when handling confidential information and financial documents
    • Must have excellent customer service, note-taking, and time-management skills 
    • Use the online system effectively to access client information and perform administrative duties
    • Client outreach and customer service for life insurance and/or investment clients
    • Perform quality assurance for all new applications 
    • Communicate with third-party companies such as paramedical providers, tele-underwriting companies, and medical records departments to assist clients in fulfilling underwriting requirements until policies are issued
    • Monitoring reports and outreach to clients according to the report type 
    • Monitor licensing reports to ensure agents are informed on CE requirements to keep an active license
    • Manage and schedule appointments with new prospects using the Calendly app 
    • Be proficient with remote signing software, e.g., PandaDoc and DocuSign to get signatures from clients
    • Be proficient with software tools such as Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
    • Communicate with Regional Vice President, agents, and clients via phone call, text, and/or email
    • Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Vice President and top-producing agents to provide updates and communicate status details on their clients
    • Conduct monthly strategy meetings with the Regional Vice President
    • Use getharvest.com to track time working
    • Other job duties may be added as necessary

Requirements:

  • Must get fingerprinted and have a clean background
  • Must have a laptop and stable wi-fi
  • Phone will be shipped to the recipient for making and receiving calls
  • Both full-time and part-time positions available (Full-time is 30-38 hours a week, part-time is 10-20 hours/week); hours are subject to change
  • Position is 1099 contract hire; you will be responsible for filing your earnings with the IRS until further notice. No benefits are offered at this time
